Jackie W. Ruff, 74 of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at his home in Punta Gorda, FL.

Jackie was born to Jack and Wilma Ruff on August 15, 1947 in Pensacola, Florida. Jackie was a magnificent man who loved life to the fullest. He was a pastor for 40 years and during those years, helping achieve his dream of having no one in Charlotte County go hungry. He was an amazing singer but most of all a tremendous husband, father grandfather and friend. His legacy is that he has won thousands of people to the Lord; his compassion for the lost is fire and brimstone style of preaching will be missed. He truly was a legend.

Survivors include his loving daughters, Kelli (Richard) Badgerow of Port Charlotte; Kimi (Mark) Modugno of Ft. Myers, FL and Sally Ruff of Port Charlotte; 1 sister, Greta Davis of GA and 5 grandchildren, Ricky, Zack, Nick, Alex and Mark.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00AM, Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Praise Tabernacle Church, 18350 Edgewater Drive Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
