As a small family member to Jim, we as cousins were like brothers instead. When we were younger and living in the same general vicinity, we spent time together having fun. Jim was always there to help as well as make the day brighter. It was always fun whenever we did get together. Then we parted ways due to job relocation or something with him moving to Florida and my moving to Nevada & Idaho but we still kept in touch with an occasional vacation trip to get back together again. I will always have fond memories and he will live in my heart always.

Jim was a loyal friend and a brother Mason. Jim was a dedicated member of the Tall Cedars, International rising to Grand Tall Cedar of Tamiami Forest #205 in South West ,Florida. He was kind with a servant's heart especially when he was fundraising for the Shriner's children or kids with Muscular Dystrophy. He enjoyed taking detailed notes at our meetings which were always extremely accurate. Jim was my traveling companion when attending Masonic Functions. His love for our Lord was obvious as he attended Monday Night Bible studies with Randy Jackson and could be found most Sundays in the Fellowship Church in Rotonda, Jim listened more than he talked but was in conversation about his love for his wife, children, and grandchildren. Which always put a smile on his face. I am going to really miss this man who has left an honorable legacy of his love for God. His Family, and His Friends. Alas, my brother.
