He was born December 20, 1948 in Bethesda, Maryland to the late Edgar E. and Muriel (Sweitzer) Price.
James is survived by a sister, two brothers, two nieces and a nephew. He was a loving Son, brother, cousin and friend.
Visitation will be held 10:00AM-11:00AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00AM, Friday November 24, 2017 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte. Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J.
