Janet Ann Williams, 78, of North Port, Florida, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Janet was born in Brooklyn, New York. While growing up, Janet lived in California, Louisiana, and New York. In New York she met and married Bill Wiliams. While raising her two children, she had careers in both the retail and banking industries. Janet loved to travel, she enjoyed a good movie and spending time with her family.
Janet is survived by her two children, Donna (Jeremy) Sutter of North Port, Florida, and Bryan (Meridith) Williams of Cary, North Carolina, her two grandsons, John (Meghann) Sutter of Cape Coral, Florida and Christopher Sutter of Port Charlotte, Florida. Janet was also blessed to have three great grandchildren, Waylon, Luke, and Autumn.
A memorial service celebrating Janet’s life will be held at 7 pm on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel, located at 2151 Tamiami Trail.
