Jeanne was a teacher for many years in Maryland before moving to Clearwater where she continued working in education with the Pinellas County School Board for 20 years before retiring to Port Charlotte in February 2003. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Port Charlotte.
She is survived by a son, Mike (Carmella) Henry of North Port, FL, a twin sister June Henry of Temple Terrace, FL, two nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by a son, Kim H. Henry in 1981.
