Jack was born June 16, 1940 in Passaic, New Jersey and moved to Port Charlotte 6 years ago from Mahwah, New Jersey. He was a lieutenant of detectives at the Bergen County Prosecutors office in Hackensack, NJ. He was a veteran of the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. He was a member of the Elks Lodge Post 2153 and the American Legion Post 110 of Port Charlotte.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patricia A. Hollowood; three daughters, Kimberlee, Kelly and Jodi; two brothers, Kenneth of New York and Richard of Boston and 2 grandchildren.
