Best wishes to John's dear family. I had known John since high school. He was the most intelligent and talented person I have ever met. I know he did a lot of good for the town of Port Charlotte. All he knew were lucky to have known him.

Dr. John Doner was a giant intellect, tirelessly advocating for the taxpayers by writing columns, on the radio, at Clubs and speaking at Public meetings for better performance, accountability and transparency in local schools and government. Dr. Doner brought to light the taxpayer rip-off called "Triple Dippers" where school employees file fake Retirement paperwork to collect a paycheck and a pension at the same time to do the same job and are the only Florida Public employees who don't pay 3% of their salary into the Florida Retirement System. See Dr. John Donor, American Patriot will be greatly missed as we applaud his lifetime of private sector achievements and public service.

Our deepest condolences to Jan and the family in the passing of John. This is so very sad, as John was the one true Patriot who unselfishly gave all he could in his time, talents & treasures to keep America true to the Constitution. He always spoke eloquently and with respect to timely, and essential topics to remain true to his beliefs. John was definitely one of a kind. God knew he could do no better than John and He broke the mold. God Speed, John. Until we see you again in the Kingdom of Heaven, you will be missed every day.
