Dorothy Parker left a message on August 23, 2022:
I just realized I've known Joe and Una for 45 years - he was my brother-in-law by marriage to Una's brother, Trevor. Joe always made me laugh - he had great stories (truth and fiction - who could tell?) and a wonderful outlook on life, despite whatever hardships he faced. He will be missed.
Amy left a message on August 20, 2022:
Una, I am so sorry for the loss of Joe. Thank you for accepting me into your home to care for him. I always enjoyed caring for him. His persistence to fight through everything is inspiring.
Victor Russea left a message on August 20, 2022:
God looked around His garden, and He found an empty place. He then looked down upon this earth, and saw "Joes" tired face. He put His arms around him and lifted him to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He knew that he was suffering, He knew that he was in pain, He knew that he would never get well again. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed his weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose him, but he didn't go alone, for part of us went with him the day God called him home. Rest in Peace. Joe.
