Joseph V. Guarino,90, of Punta Gorda, Florida, died September 2, 2024. Joseph (Joe) was born October 29, 1933, in Brooklyn, New York to the late Vincent and Philipa(Malerba) Guarino.

He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Joe married Dorothy( Licausi) in August 1960, moved to Deer Park, New York and along with his late brother, Frank, established Guarino Bros. Plumbing. After retiring in 1992, Joe and Dottie moved to Florida.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy and three sons. Joseph (Susie), John (Maureen) and Richard as well as 9 grandchildren, Jillmarie (Steven), John, Kristie (Timothy), Joseph, Dylan, Brandon, Jake, Vincent and Richard as well as 4 great grandsons, Arlo, Sullivan, Steven and Dominic

A Memorial service  will be November 14, 2024, at 11am, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 211 W Charlotte Ave, Punta Gorda, Florida.
