She was born July 10, 1941 in Hacoda, Alabama and moved to Deep Creek, Florida 15 years ago from Pensacola, Florida. She was a member of the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church. She was a great homemaker and wonderful wife. She was a great supporter and frequent chaperone in assisting her husband CDR Ken Osborn with the Charlotte High School NJROTC program. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her father, George Brooks of Pensacola, FL; her loving husband of 41 years, Kenneth Osborn; a brother, O’Quinn Brooks of Pensacola, FL; a sister, Wanda Saunders of Birmingham, AL; and several nieces and nephews.

I was deeply saddened to read of the passing of Mrs. Osborn. Though I didn't know her well, she seemed like a wonderful lady. I had a few nice conversations with her when she chapperoned ROTC trips, and she was always warm and kind. I am sure she will be greatly missed by all.
