Judith was born August 8, 1929 in Kingston, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Esther (Goldstein) Horowitz. She moved to Port Charlotte with her husband Frank Falk in 1986 from Endwell, New York. Judith was a member of Temple Shalom of Port Charlotte.
Survived by her loving family, a daughter, Beth (Michael) Falk of Wellesley, MA; a son, Jonathan Falk of Clifton Park, NY; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Falk who died in 1993.
Graveside services and interment will be held 10:30 AM Friday, January 28, 2022 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, 1380 Forrest Nelson Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33952. Rabbi Solomon Agin will officiate.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Temple Shalom, 23190 Utica Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33980.
