Karol Kennedy, 76, passed away at Shore Point Hospital in Port Charlotte FL, peacefully surrounded by family after an extended illness. The world lost a beloved mother and grandmother, Karol Kennedy, on April 23,2023. Karol was born in Clinton MA, January 17, 1947, to Fred Warren Kennedy, and Patricia (Patten) Kennedy.

Karol was a Regional Administration Manager for V.A.L.I.C in Nashua, NH.  She moved to Florida in 2004. She devoted her life to family, and close friends.  She was strong-willed and stubborn, but those traits defined Karol.  They were part of who she was and undoubtedly helped her deal with life’s challenges. She was incredibly compassionate and had the biggest heart. Karol was a 15-year cancer survivor, who enjoyed the beach, loved animals, and spending time with her family.  She was a constant cheerleader and supporter of her grandchildren.

Karol is predeceased by her parents, Fred and Patricia Kennedy, stepmother, Jean Kennedy, and husband John L. Robinson; and a nephew, Troy Patten.  Karol will be lovingly remembered by her son Todd Levesque, his wife Danielle Levesque, Sister Karen Patten, Brother Charles Hume and his wife Susan, brother Fred Warren Kennedy III, Grandchildren Lindsey Levesque, Kennedy Levesque, Caleb Whitmore, and numerous extended family members.

A Graveside service will be held by the family at Sarasota National Cemetery On Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:30 am.
