She was born April 23, 1947 in Perry, Florida and moved to Charlotte County
52 years ago from there.
She is survived by her loving family, a daughter, Candus Boule and her companion, Jerry Nelson of North Port; two sons, Terry K. Blanchard of Venice, FL and Curtis Gene Bartlett and his companion, Sissy Bills of North Port; three sisters, Tina Mathis of Perry, Daphine Carlisle and Denise Mosley all of Perry; a brother, Curtis Jackson of Punta Gorda; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Bartlett and son, Robert Jackson.
