Laverne (Sue) M. Mantych, 81, of Port Charlotte, Florida
passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Village Place in Port Charlotte.

She was born July 5, 1927 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Port Charlotte
in 1998 from Wisconsin. Sue was a retired owner and operator of Westside Furniture
in Milwaukee and a member of San Antonio Catholic Church, Port Charlotte.

Survived by her loving husband, Gerald E. Mantych of Port Charlotte;
a daughter, Debra (husband Greg) Moser of Houston, TX; three sons, Dennis (wife Susan) Jankowski of Baltimore, Maryland, Richard Jankowski of Milwaukee, David Jankowskiof Chicago, IL, two step daughters, Eileen (husband Emil) Palmer of Sacramento, CA, Marian (Husband William) Kerpan of Grays Lake, IL; three step sons, James (Wife Marcy) Mantych of San Dimas, CA, Raymond (wife Kim) Mantych of Genoa,Wisconsin, Tom (wife Eileen) Mantych of Mt. Prospect, IL.21 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her first husband, Ollie Janowski and a brother David Jacak

A memorial mass will be held at a later date at San Antonio Catholic Church,
