Lorraine “Lee” Enos (née Sears), 95, of North Port, Florida, passed away on July 5, 2023, in her North Port home.

Lorraine, known as “Lee” to many, was born on Saturday, January 7, 1928, in Boston, Massachusetts.  Lorraine grew up however in Dedham, MA.  A dedicated wife, mother and communicant of San Pedro’s Catholic Church in North Port, Lorraine will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James “Jim” P. Enos, and a grand-daughter, Kelly J. Enos.  She is survived by their seven children and their spouses, sons Russell, Gary, and Ken Enos, and daughters Laurel “Laurie” LaPorte, Linda Fitzgerald, Charlene Cimeno, and Margaret Heydecker; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Roberson Funeral Homes Port Charlotte Chapel located at 2151 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte.  Mass of Christian Burial for Lorraine will be held 10 AM Friday, July 14, 2023, at San Pedro Catholic Church located at 14380 Tamiami Trail in North Port.  Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens cemetery in Port Charlotte, Florida.

In lieu of flowers, memorial bequests can be made to either St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, or to the Shriners Hospitals in her name.
