I have had the most precious gift of calling Lynda my Very Dear Friend for over 40 years! We kept our friendship strong even when we didn’t live in the same state, or, for that matter, country! Our time together was always filled with laughter and luckily some mischief! She never failed to be there for me; she was a constant beacon of support and caring. I have so many wonderful memories and so many are captured on film…she was always there to document our times together! I am so glad that I have these pictures that are so happily displayed in my home. My heart breaks, but I refuse to say goodbye. She will always be with me; I will love her always. Corky, please know that I love you and will always be there for you! You gave her the happiness and love she deserved. It was always a gift to know that my sweet friend was so happy and so loved!

My Dearest Lynda, You will never know how special you were in my life. We met in high school in Buffalo, New York and you were one of the sweetest, prettiest girls I ever met. I was a shy wallflower who didn't have many friends but you always had a smile on your face and shared a kind word with everyone you knew. You were involved in many activities in and out of school with an outgoing personality and a million dollar smile. You were a beautiful person inside and out and I have never forgotten the one person in school that always made me feel special. After losing contact with you for many years, I was blessed to find you again and renew our friendship. You had many talents such as decorating your beautiful home, welcoming hospitality with a glass of wine, and your fur babies waiting to greet us. You and Corky enjoyed being a tour guide for all your guests. God had other plans and called you home, but you were my Angel on earth and now an Angel in Heaven and will always remain in my heart. I miss you and love you dear friend until we meet again. Elaine

Our sincere sympathy to Corky and all the family. The first time I met Lynda I was struck by her beauty and sense of style. I found her even more beautiful on the inside. The definition of a classy lady. I also loved how she adored her cats; I have a similar love for dogs! Rest in peace sweet Lynda.

She was a shining light. A beacon that you couldn’t help but want to draw near too. Like a moth to a flame. Her laugh infectious, her beauty undeniable, her love for her friends and family overflowing. She is a woman I have always admired. I’ve always said that I want to be just like my Aunt Lynda when I grow up. I guess I haven’t really realized how much like her I have already become. Her relationship with Corky and their undying love for one another is so rare and so beautiful. Tyler and I share that same bond and we hope to for years to come as they have. Her love and obsession for her cats….. obviously we share that! And her style…….well….. I haven’t reached that caliber of stunning fabulousness just yet. Not many have. She was obviously a very beautiful woman but her beauty was even stronger on the inside. She was all about family. The family archivist. Without her we would not have our families history in photos and all the stories to go along with them. She never had children but her love for her nieces and nephews ran as deep as if we were all her very own. We were so so lucky to have her in our lives. I have fond memories of when I was little and she use to call me up on my birthday with the most spot on impression of Donald Duck! It was incredible and so sweet and so fun. I’m glad that we got to have so many years of celebrations together. Aunt Lynda we love you and miss you so much. Thank you for sharing your love and light with us. Corky we love you and our hearts are broken with you. I know she will be watching over all of us. Look for the signs. Her light is all around.
