Mae was born April 5, 1919 to John and Rose Scalia in New York, New York and moved to Port Charlotte in 1978 from Long Island, NY. Mae was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her daughter, Ann (Charles) Heilman of Port Charlotte; her son, John T. (Lorna) Marchiolo of Tucker, GA; a brother, Larry Scalia of Long Island, NY; 4 grandchildren, Michael, Bryan, Kimberly and Eryn and 3 great-grandchildren, Dominic, Brooklyn and Lily. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Marchiolo.
Visitation will be held 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M., Monday, August 11, 2014 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00AM at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Port Charlotte, Florida.
Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel.
