Born October 1, 1931 in Rumford, Maine. He was retired Staff Sergeant, U.S. Air Force and a veteran of the Korean War and the Viet Nam War.
Survived by his wife, Hazel E. Bowden of North Port; four daughters, Teresa Harvey of North Port, Dona McNeal, Judy Sumners and Georgetta Collins all of Fort Myers, FL; a son, Daniel McNeal of Fort Myers, FL; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial services and military honors will be held at later date in Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, FL.
