Dear Patrick, Beth Ann, Mark and John Allen, Marty was one of the very first friends I made in Milwaukee when I moved there in l965. I cherished her warmth, energy and sense of humor As the years have passed, I continued to remember her when passing your former home on the east side. I was truly saddened to read of her passing in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and referred to the statement from the Robeson Funeral Home with her picture. She remains in my memory just as lovely as she is pictured. I am enrolling Marty in the Seraphic Mass Association of the Capuchin Friars. My heart goes out to each one of you.

Dear Pat & Family, So sorry to hear of the loss of Martha. Martha was my last living cousin. We so looked forward to your visits each summer. It kept us caught up with your family. I think of many childhood memories of good times, with my three cousins. Martha was so full of zip, and always had a sparkle to her eyes. Pat you have brought much joy to her life and been her very best friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, during this time. (from the Joel Berry family)

Please accept my sincere condolences in this time of grief. It is my hope that the words of Christ Jesus be of comfort to your family, in which he states that the hour is coming when those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out (John 5:28, 29).
