MARY LEE HARLAN, 89, of Macomb, Illinois and former resident of Port
Charlotte died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 in Macomb.
She was born March 9, 1918 in Jefferson City, Missouri and moved to Port
Charlotte in 1972 from Oklahoma City, OK. She moved to Macomb in 2002. She
was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jefferson City, Missouri and the American
Legion Auxiliary Honor Society Eight and Forty of Missouri. While living in Port Charlotte she was a member of American Legion Post #110 Auxilary and La Femme-
Cabane #1526.
She is survived by seven nieces, Sandra Estabrook of Emporia, KS, Karen DeWeiff of Wichita, KS, Sue Boyer of Sacramento, CA, Linda McCreary of Oak Park, IL, Janice Rockwell of Macomb, Bonnie Kitchen of Florissant , MO and Patricia Vanderpool of Jefferson City, MO; four nephews, John Amos of Garden City, KS, Michael Amos of Jefferson City, Tony Sherwood of Reno, NV and Pat Sherwood of Washington, N.C; a sister-in-law, Catherine Amos of Garden City, KS; She was preceded in death by her parents, Coraley (Brunk) & John Monroe Amos, her husband, Hank Harlan, a sister, Carlie Rutledge, a niece, Janie Mika, and five brothers, Hanford, Milton, Charlie, J.D. and Clarence Amos.
