Michel Elie Janvier, a loving husband, great father and amazing grandfather passed away peacefully on December 15, 2023 at the age of 78.

Michel “Loulou” as he was affectionately called, transitioned with grace and peace (by his side) at Port Charlotte Hospice House, in Port Charlotte, FL. He will be remembered for his big laugh, kind smile, funny and “interesting” stories, but more importantly his strength, love and commitment to his family, friends and loved ones. Michel’s kind and helpful spirit will not be forgotten but lives on in all whom he touched during his journey on this earth.

Michel is survived by his wife Solange, his son Raynald and wife Jean, daughter Natacha, as well as four grandchildren; Caleb, Dominique, Kayla and Dilan. Gentle soul, rest in eternal peace!

Visitation will be held 10:00AM-11:00AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM, Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Port Charlotte Seventh Day Adventist Church. Entombment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte, Florida.
