Born August 17, 1977, in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti to Albert & Marie Yolaine Joseph, she was the 2nd oldest of 5 children which include Albertson (deceased), Clint, Hasley, & Ted. Netopha was raised in Everett and Malden, MA, where she received her high school diploma from Malden High School in 1996. She continued her education by attending Salem State University where she graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Netopha was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and friend. She was also a fierce and loving mother to her 3 children; Abigail (15), Christian (14), and Joseph (10). They were her number one priority, and her pride in them was unmeasurable.
Anyone that knows Topha, as she was affectionately loved & known as, would know she was all about finance, investing, and making/saving money. Her passion of money followed her into her career, where she worked at BNY Mellon and sold Paparazzi Jewelry (Abigail’s Gems) on the side.
To cherish her memory forever along with her children, she leaves her nieces Tae’Leesia Pritchard (Joseph), Tejah Joseph, Kayla Alexis, Otavia Joseph, Nylah Cottrell, and her only nephew Albertson Joseph (AJ) Jr.
Netopha was welcomed into Heaven with loving and open arms by her parents, and brother Albertson.
The Joseph/Abramo family would like to extend a special thank you to her sister Hasley, Richard Abramo, Esther Antoine, Winifred Kelleher (Sufran), Didine Plouis, and Katrina Woodard as well as the doctors/nurses/staff at Mass General Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital for caring for Netopha during her fight.
