She was born on Sunday, November 13, 1932, in Szpaki, Poland to Juan and Ana Karpiuk. Olga spent a number of years in Paraguay and later Argentina where she met her husband to be, Victor Lervezuk, and married him on October 3, 1953. The happy couple emigrated to the United States in 1963, and moved from Orlando, Florida, to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1994. Olga, who retired in 2010 from the Custodial Department of the Charlotte County Airport Authority in Punta Gorda, Florida, was a loving sister, wife, mother, and great-great grandmother, who, cherished by her family and friends, will be missed, but never will she be forgotten.
Olga was preceded in death by her beloved husband Victor in April of 2010. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Carol Lervezuk; sisters, Maria Lachseski, Sophia Posoch, and Nina Koch; four grandchildren, Erin, Melissa, John Jr., and Joshua; four great grandchildren, Valencia, Sophia, Gabriela, and Isabella, and two great-great grandchildren, Ariela and Ariana; and her special nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 AM on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, with a funeral service celebrating Olga’s life to follow at 11 AM at Roberson Funeral Homes Port Charlotte Chapel, 2151 Tamiami Trail, FL 33948. A private committal and entombment where she will be laid to rest with her husband Victor, will be held at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte.
