Patricia F. Bremen, 89, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 2, 2024, at ShorePoint Health, Port Charlotte, Florida.
Patricia was born January 19, 1935, in New York City, New York to the late Clarence and Frances Rolfe. She moved to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1971 with her family from The Bronx, New York and was a retired medical office manager. She was a member of many organizations including The Unity Church of Peace of North Port, Fl., GFWC Woman’s Club of Port Charlotte, Fl., Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Peace River Chapter of the American Business Woman’s Association, Purple Heart Auxiliary, Girl Scouts of America, Red Hat Society, Usher for the Charlotte Players, an enthusiastic race fan of TQ’s, Midgets, Sprints, NASCAR and Indianapolis including a member of the ARDC racing association and the proud owner of Wee Rooms. She lived a beautiful and fulfilled life. She traveled the world including many countries, 50 states and 45 plus cruises. She enjoyed socializing with her many friends and family at lunches, dinners, and parties. She was a remarkable mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to all. She would light up a room anywhere she was and made everyone feel special.
She is survived by two daughters Lorraine (Lori) Goucher of Port Charlotte, Fl., and Barbara (Greig) Phillips of Englewood Fl., Stepson Richard J. Bremen (Tracy) of Timnath, Co., Granddaughter Brandy M. Goucher-Forman (Corey) of Tampa, Fl., Grandson Nicholas T. Greig (Ashley) of Knoxville, TN., Great Grand Children Jaela, Abrielle and Laecee Forman and Callaghan and Sydney Greig and many dear friends that were like family to her. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward H. Bremen SR., Stepson Edward H. Bremen JR (Jean), daughter Mary Mauch and grandson Kyle A. Fenneken.
Memorial services celebrating Patricia’s life well be held Saturday March 23, 2024, at 11:00 am at The Unity Church of Peace located at 1250 Rutledge St., North Port, Florida 34288 off Veterans Blvd in Port Charlotte, followed by her celebration of Life at the Heritage Oak Park Club House located in Heritage Oak Park 19520 Heritage Oak Blvd., Port Charlotte, Fl., 33948.
