Survivors include his loving mother, Wanda D. Sapp of Port Charlotte; his uncle, Jerry K. (Delia) Forbus of Ft. Worth, TX; 2 cousins, Sandra (Landon) Stallings and Jennifer Massey both of Ft. Worth, TX; and his second cousins, Vada, Jack, Landri, Dulaney and Gareld Paul. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Stella Forbus.
