Pearleta was born October 17, 1936 in Jamaica, West Indies and moved to Port Charlotte in 1986 from Queens, New York. She was a Home Health Aide for many years. Pearleta was a member of Port Charlotte New Testament Church of God. She was an amazing person who was at all times there for everyone. She will be remembered by all who loved and knew her.

She is survived by her 2 sisters, Joyce Wiggan of England and Norva Butler of Brooklyn, New York; 5 brothers, George Ferguson of England and Eric, John, Simeon and Wilford Ferguson all of Jamaica; and Several Nieces and nephews.
