In memory of Renee C. Massolio, Steven carroll lit a candle
I'd like to send my heartfelt condolences to the family. Heaven has truly gained an angel. My 1998 high school graduation, would not have came into fruition, without the vital role(s) that were played by Mrs. Massolio and a few others. I'm forever grateful. Spread your wings, fly high, and watch over all of your loved ones.
You'll always be in our hearts,
Angel Harris
I graduated from Parkway Central with Renee back in 1987. I was in Concert and Swing Choirs with her. Renee was special. She was one of those people with popularity but she also was friendly to everyone, popular or not. I was a choir/drama nerd and definitely not popular. But our connection through choir meant I got to see her every day. My memories of her are good ones. And hearing of her passing on Nicole's FB page makes my heart hurt. She was too young, but she lived a lifetime of kindness. I sincerely hope Renee's family finds peace knowing she left so much goodness behind.
I am so deeply sorry Tom and family - my heart hurts for your loss. Ever since I came to Charlotte High, she was like a bright light - a shining star and such a positive force of energy. I don’t live there any longer as you know and had not seen her for quite a while - but she will always be a part of my happy memories of Charlotte high school. Again, my deepest sympathy and I am sending love and prayers to you and your family. The only way I can make any sense of such a loss is that God needed another angel to help Him. Blessings and love, Orchid
The joy Renee brought to our lives will not be forgotten. Sending love, thoughts and prayers to her family during this tough time.

Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Prayers are with your family in this hard time
My prayers go out to the Massolio family. Renee was one of the sweetest young ladies. She was a ray of sunshine and will be surely missed.
Some people come into our lives and quickly go, some stay for a while and leave footprints on out hearts, and we are never, ever the same.
Our family will always remember how inspirational Renee was with our sons. You will be truly missed and never forgotten.
Our sincerest condolences to the Massolio family and the Charlotte Community. Renee was such a wonderful influence to her students and colleagues. I personally had Renee as my Pre-AP art teacher and she was always smiling, very kind, and had a true passion for art and teaching. She will be dearly missed and we are sending thoughts and prayers for her family during these unimaginable times.
No words can describe how sorry we are for you loss.
God be with you all
Although I have not worked with Renee for many years, as soon as my daughter contacted me about her passing, I immediately knew exactly of whom my daughter spoke. I worked in a classroom next to Renee for a few years, and her smile lit up our section of the campus. She had kind and a beautiful soul. I am sincerely sorry for her loss to all who knew her. I know she shines on in Heaven. Renee's family will be in my prayers.
Renee was a beautiful person inside and out. She was a light in a sometimes dark world. May God bless and hold her family during this time of grief.
I know we’re echoing the sentiments of so many others when acknowledging the way Renee had a spark and an inner light that is unmatched. Her light and energy remains in all those who’s lives she touched. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Massolio and Tarpon families.

Renee was constantly smiling. She had a warmth about her. She was a role model and mentor for her students. She exemplified kindness to all who knew her. I will remember her as a beautiful friend and colleague. Rest In Peace.
God bless, our thoughts and prayers to all.
Words cannot begin to express our deep shock & sadness over Renee’s passing.
She was always so full of life & had the most beautiful smile.
I pray that God will provide her family with the comfort & strength to endure what will undoubtedly be a very difficult time.
May she rest in eternal peace.
My deepest condolences to Tom and family. Renee had such an infectious smile and positive personality. She was an amazing educator who will be missed by many. Her legacy will live on through the lives of all the students she inspired. I know Heaven truly has another angel.
Van & Donna, I have known Renee since she was in 2nd grade and I and her sister Nicole were in 4th. I am truly sad to hear about Renee. She had a truly innocent bubbly personality that was only Renee. Nicknamed her Eener for Renee spelled backwards. We spent a lot of time together at Manchester United Methodist Church before we all went our separate ways in life. A loss for all who knew her. Van and Donna you have had a wonderful daughter. Nicole, my deepest sympathies to you and what you are feeling at this time. To Renee's children, you had a mom full of life from the very beginning. To Tom, you found a wonderful wife.

I knew Ms. Massolio from my freshman year at Charlotte High. She was the kindest and sweetest women I’ve ever met in that school to this day. She showed how art can fill hearts and holes. She will be missed by everyone and I’m praying for her family.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
