She was a devout Catholic and very active in the Charismatic Renewal for many years at St. Charles Borromeo and San Antonio Catholic Churches. She loved working in her garden and being surrounded by her family.
Surviving children are, Paula Alexander, Port Charlotte, FL. Norma Cianci, Meriden, CT, Garland Michaud, New Port, OR and Donna Michaud, Port Charlotte, FL. 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, a brother, Al Martin, N. Hollywood, CA, a sister, Lorraine Roy, Southington, CT and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis Michaud, her daughter, Lois Ramsay, her grandson Thomas Ramsay, five brothers and three sisters.
A Memorial Mass will be held to celebrate her life at San Antonio Catholic Church, 24445 Rampart Blvd. Port Charlotte on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St Vincent de Paul, San Antonio Catholic Church or Tidewell Hospice, Port Charlotte.
