Robin C. Adams, 68, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011 at his residence. He was born November 17, 1942 in Jamaica and moved to Port Charlotte in 2003 from Brooklyn, NY. He was a retired receiving clerk at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn. He attended Port Charlotte New Testament Church of God. Robin was a loving husband, father and brother, who will be missed but not forgotten.
Survived by his loving wife Yvonne Haye Adams of Port Charlotte; two sons, Kenny Adams and Floyd Moore both of Port Charlotte; a daughter Hazel Adams of Bronx, NY three sisters, Joan Moore of Georgia, Ida Adams and Mildred Taylor both of Jamaica. Two brothers, Norman Adams and Berty Adams both of Jamaica; many nieces and nephews. One granddaughter
Visitation will be held today Wednesday, September 28, 2011 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a funeral service at 3:00 PM at Port Charlotte New Testament Church of God. Rev. Fennis Huggins will officiate. funeral services and interment will be held in Jamaica, West Indies on Saturday October 1, 2011.
