He was born April 23, 1980 in Port Charlotte and was a 1999 Graduate of Charlotte High School and was in involved in the R.O.T.C and Special Olympics. He worked as a crew member for Bob Evans in Charlotte Harbor. He was a loving son and brother and will be missed but not forgotten.
Survived by his mother, Patricia A. Eskew of Port Charlotte; his father, Doyle D. (wife Lucy). Eskew of Clearwater, FL; his brother, Marshal (Valerie) Eskew of Sebring, FL; three nephews, William, Zackary, Sean. Grandparents, Madeline & Doyle Eskew Sr. and many uncles and aunts and cousins
There will be a Visitation Wed. April 21, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. There will be a graveside service at 10:00 am Thursday April 22, 2010 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte. Rev. Bob Carlson will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to your favorite charity of choice. .
Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to sign the guest book and extend condolences to the family. Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home & Crematory Punta Gorda Chapel.

Robbie: Even though I was your step mom, I thought of you as my son. It was wonderful to see how you touched the hearts of so many people and everyone only had good things to say about you. Most of all thru all the sadness and sorrow we have experienced the past few days, you brought your dad and your brother together again and for that I thank you. You will be forever in our hearts. Tonight your dad, Loretta and my mom celebrated your birthday with your favorite carvel ice cream cake and wished you could have been here with us but we all knew you were celebrating it up in heaven. We miss you and love you and will never forget you.

Thirty. You wouldn't think that you wouldn't be able to spend a big birthday like thirty with your younger brother. Robin William Eskew was taken from us way before his time. No one knows why or can even begin to understand. We just have to confide in our loved ones to help us through a difficult time like this. Never would I have thought that I wouldn't be able to tell my brother Happy Thirtieth Birthday. Robin, I know you can hear me when I tell you Happy Birthday and how much I miss you. I know you saw how many people showed up and loved you as part of their family. You touched many lives and for me you will forever live in the wonderful memories you gave us. I was coming with a computer and a large pepperoni pizza and to take you to the movies today. That will never be now. The people from Bob Evans remembered you on their sign. They all came to your funeral. All your friends came and just about everyone who loved you, which were many. I hope you have a Happy Birthday in Heaven, son. I along with everyone else will never forget you. In different ways you touched many lives. But as your Dad, other than your Mother, I miss you most of all, because you loved me without conditions. Just because I was your Dad. Find the video game section of Heaven, son, and break the high scores.
