He was born on June 8, 1948, to the late Milton and Martha Solomon (Streichert). Roger was one of a kind. He worked hard and played hard. Tradesman, Carpenter, and General Contractor by profession. Roger had a zest for life that led him to enjoy scuba diving, skiing, boating, flying, bowling, golfing, darts and traveling. He lived life to the fullest and was always seeking new adventures.
He is survived by his loving wife, Therese Solomon Sedlock ; brother, Gary Solomon (Jolynn; Melinda); sister, Linda Smith (Dick-deceased); daughters, Wendy Solomon (David Parrish), Lisa Tomsik (Jimmy), and Amy Blain (Jamie); grandchildren, Mariah, Alexis (Nick), Nathan, Eden, Elizabeth, Jillien, and Isabella; great-grandchildren, Wynona; and his cherished dog, Kodi.
A graveside service will be held at 12noon, Friday, May 10, 2024 at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road Twinsburg, OH 44087. A Celebration of life will follow immediately at D’Angelo’s Ristorante, 7995 Darrow Road Twinsburg, OH 44087.
Roger will be remembered for his love of life, his dedication to his family and his adventurous spirit. May he rest in peace.
