Rosalee Jeffers, 91, former resident of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away on February 1,2021 in Fredericksburg, Va.
She was born July 13, 1929 to Frank and Grace Bastin in Bloomington, Indiana.  Rosalee was a graduate of Bloomington High School in 1948. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and aunt.  She was married to Norman Jeffers in1950 and they moved to Florida in 1972 from Bloomington, IN. She was a long time resident of Charlotte County before moving to Virginia.  A 90^th birthday celebrations was held on July 13, 2019 in Texas where 40 plus living relatives surprised her with their attendance.
She is survived by her loving family, two sons, Dan (Karen) Jeffers of Englewood, FL; and Brad (Vicki) Jeffers of Stafford, VA; a daughter-in-law, Claudia Jeffers of Grass Valley, CA; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Jeffers who died in 1996, a son, David Jeffers, and a grandson, Russell Jeffers.
She will be laid to rest with her husband, Norman on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte, Florida.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic services will be private for the family.
