Rosemary Brown, 77, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Saturday, April 27, 2024, at home.
She was born January 17, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late George and Irene (Johnston) Wallace. Rosemary moved to Charlotte County with her family in 1981 from Cleveland. She always had cockatiel and parakeet birds, who she loved. She was the best mom and the greatest friend; all those who knew her were blessed. Rosemary had a profound sense of humor, having to raise three kids after her husband passed away in 1990. Her favorite TV show was “Cops.”
She is survived by her loving family, two daughters, Missy Brown of Punta Gorda, FL, and Sally (husband-Kevin Correll) Brown of Punta Gorda, FL; a son, Gus O. (wife-Jamie Ray) Brown of Port Charlotte; 2 sisters, Kathleen Zachmann and Susan Nelson; 6 brothers, John (Mary), William (Marcie), Ronald (Mary), Kenneth (Linda), James (Ellen) and Paul (Dao) Wallace; five grandchildren, Alexander Brown, Ajhia Brown, Gavin Medina, Cody Brown and Adrianna Brown; and two great grandsons.
