He was a member of the Victory Baptist Church of Port Charlotte. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Evelyn E. Barrett; a sister, Hyacinth Welsh of Bronx, NY; four brothers, Glastone White and David Reid of Jamaica, Phillip Reid and Enus White of Bronx, NY; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
