Theresa A. Stefonek, 85, of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away peacefully on March 6th, 2024.

Theresa was born to Louise and Charles Panipinto on June 19, 1938, in Rochester, NY. Theresa led a life strengthened by faith; daily devotions of the rosary; grace and humility. Theresa loved bringing the family together and was known for her passion for hosting gatherings to celebrate life and the love of family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; daughter, Mary; sons, Rick, Kevin, Mark; sister, Joanie; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many wonderful nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by Louise and Charles Panipinto, siblings, Anna, Joe, Mary, Madeline, Frank, Carmelo, Jim, Rose, Nancy, and Sam.

A visitation will be held 5:00pm-7:00 PM, Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Roberson Funeral Home Punta Gorda Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon, on March 15, 2024, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 211 W. Charlotte Ave., Punta Gorda, Florida 33950  All are welcome to attend and celebrate Theresa’s life.

Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte, Florida.
