Vanessa C. Vigliotti, 50, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 at her residence.

She was born February 24, 1961 in New York and moved to Port Charlotte, Fl in 1991. She was a graduate of Lakeland High School who served proudly in the U.S. Army for 3 years stationed in Germany.

Survived by her loving parents, Edward and Anita Vigliotti, of Port Charlotte, Fl; two brothers, Edward and Salvatore Vigliotti of Port Charlotte, Fl; four cousins, three nieces and three nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service and Military Honors will be held 10 AM Friday, November 18, 2011 at Roberson Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel.

Growing up I had no better friend then you. We had a healthy competition you and I. Those memories will stay with me forever. It is with great sadness to realise we wont be able to create any more memories together. Love you cousin, Rest in Peace.

I miss your smile, your funny faces you made at me, your hugs, your love. I will never be able to hold you ever again. You are my sister always and I will remember you forever! You fought for your country and earned your Veteran Statues! You helped others and always looked out for your friends and relatives. You took your friends in like they were family. You trusted everyone completely and would give your life for them. You spoke so wonderfully about Bobbi Jo and your time together. I am sorry it was cut so short. The worlds temperature just dropped a degree. Your favorite animal was the Unicorn. I am sure you have one now. Your time was cut short. I love you very much and will miss you for as long as I breath.

We never met Sal's sister, Vanessa, but I am sure she was very much loved by her family. We are truly sorry for the family's loss, and pray that each of you will find rest and healing in the love of our Father.

I was a classmate at Copper Beech Middle School, in Yorktown, NY. I remember Venessa as a wonderfully sweet friend.
