Victor was born to Charles and Herlene Downer on February 18, 1944 in Jamaica, West Indies and moved to Port Charlotte 28years ago from Long Island, NY. Victor enjoyed life to the fullest and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Survivors include his children, his son, Hayden J. (Cassandra) Downer of Port Charlotte; his daughter, Alethea Bonello of Atlanta, GA; his cousins, Sybil Dowe and Paulette Campbell both of New York, NY and several other cousins and his grandson, Malakai.
Visitation will be held 4:00PM-6:00PM, Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM, Monday, May 18, 2015 at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Port Charlotte, FL.
Arrangements are held by Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel.
