Mrs. Walentyna Kundeus, 85, of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2010 at her Port Charlotte residence.

Walentyna was born July 16, 1925 in the Ukraine, to the late Andrenv and Agafija Mykolajchyk. A homemaker and mother of three, she moved from Philadelphia to Port Charlotte in 1992, and was a member of the Ukrainian Baptist Church in North Port, Florida.

She is survived by her three children, sons Jerry (wife Hanna) Palamar of Punta Gorda, FL, and John Palamar of Baltimore, MD; and daughter, Irene Palamar of Las Vegas, NV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Kundeus.
