William “Bill” was born in Washington D.C. on September 28, 1924. After proudly serving in the U.S. Coast Guard with honor in defense of our country during World War II, William entered into Federal Service where he worked until his retirement. He and his wife Nancy moved to Port Charlotte in 1976, and was a member of American Legion Post 110.
He is survived by his beloved family, his loving wife of 42 years Nancy Negosta, a daughter, Melody Frazier of MD, one grandson, Dannie Frazier of TX, niece Billie Jeanne Waters of VA, and numerous other extended family members.
Visitation will be held this Thursday, July 31, 2014 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Roberson Funeral Homes Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 1, 2014 at Roberson’s. Entombment with Military Honors by the U.S. Coast Guard will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens cemetery in Port Charlotte.
Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Homes Port Charlotte Chapel.
