Yvette was born October 3rd, 1949 in San Jose, Costa Rica, to Gilbert and Daisy Shaw Romero. A resident of Port Charlotte since 1977, Yvette, an employee for the Department of Children and Families in Lee County, was a hard working mother and beloved grandmother. She was of the Christian faith.
Yvette is survived by her husband of more than 20 years, William (Bill) G. Clarius; a daughter, Jessica Sturges, and son, Eric Sturges, both of Tampa, FL; one grandson, Joshua Parker Sturges of Port Charlotte; her mother, Daisy Romero of Costa Rica; and brother, Gilbert (Jeanne) Shaw of DeLand, FL.
